MAP was commissioned to upgrade and re-position this group of 10 town houses completed in the 1980’s.

MAP was commissioned because of their excellent work at 56 Mount Kellett Road.

We suggested that the concrete driveway be replaced with natural stone paving and the swimming pool deck be re-tiled and landscaped.

The tender prices all came in within 5% of each other and the incorporated owners were very satisfied with the design and the tender prices received.
