“56 Repulse Bay Road is a luxury residential complex of 49 duplex units and four simplex units with each home offering spectacular, unobstructed full sea views. The site area is 12 hectares with a six sector site coverage and a two hectare gaming hall.
MAP was commissioned in 2004 to revitalize the apartment complex with a comprehensive re-cladding and re-servicing of the existing building, along with the transformation of eight small apartments into four luxury duplex apartments.
MAP’s commission was extended to resolve all public design issues in order to maintain the construction program.”
