MAP was commissioned to document the tenancy works for a 10,000 m2 regional retail centre in Victoria.
The most recent tenancy is for Pets Domain which is a supermarket offer for all pet consumables and includes an aquarium and a dog washing facility.
The brand colours are blue and white. The preferred window frame colour is black.
The interior fit out standard requires the island displays to be 1350 high in order to allow the customers to see over the top and makes the room feel spacious.
The lighting is high bay industrial standard LED flood lights.
MAP coordinated the statutory approval drawings including emergency lighting and fire services provisions.
Structural alterations included a new shop front entry door set and opening up the delivery route at the back of house to provide a continuous 2 metre wide hallway.
The project was completed on time and on budget.
