ABC commissioned MAP as the competition winners for the master plan of Middle Island in 2013. The works involve reclamation, re-zoning and a full Environmental Impact Assessment. MAP has been diligently working with ABC, Arcadis and Urbis to complete all the studies and submissions reuqired to gain approval for the additional 5,000 m2 of hardstand to accommodate the expected growth in Dingy Sailing at the club and the enlarge the existing clubhouse from 150 m2 to 3,000 m2 to allow 7 day a week operations. MAP successfully made one of the first submissions for approval in princiuple to the HAB for the development of facilties in relation to a Private Recreational Lease.
