Sime Darby came to MAP after purchasing a piece of land in the New territories with difficult zoning. MAP worked with SD to develop a scheme that complies with the OZP and can achieve their operational requirements both for the BMW business and the Multi Franchise Group including Rolls Royce and Suzuki. The building is 3,000 m2 per floor over 3 levels with a canteen on the roof level. A car ramp on the south side fits neatly into the shape of the site and provides car access to every level including the roof. MAP are providing AP services and the project is currently submitted for BD approval.
