“MAP has been working with Henderson Land on a group of three high rise residential projects with common elements of design it has named the ‘H-Collection’. Details of High One Grand, a luxury residential high rise at 188 Fuk Wing, Cheung Sha Wan, have just been released to the public and the sales office is open for business.
MAP has provided the concept, schematic and detail design of the external facade and cladding elements of the tower which will include approximately 110 residential apartments with commercial and retail on the ground floor.
The project is expected to complete in 2015.”
