MAP provided AP and ID services for 10,000 m2 of retail space for the Tsuen Wan super store for IKEA. The work required the removal of an escalators the installation of a trolley escalator, licensing two food outlets and installing new sanitary fixtures. The change of use from industrial to retail required ventilation reports and detailed drainage submissions to justify the capacity of the existing grease trap. The project was completed on time and on budget despite the late appointment of MAP. The Letter of Acknolwedgement was received form BD after 30 days.
