MAP was commissioned by the Royal Group to masterplan an entire island bigger than Hong Kong Island. MAP planned for an airport on the flat land between the two peaks and worked with sustainability engineers to design reservoirs in the high country to supply potable water and irrigation water for the golf courses. A small power station was proposed beside the airport with a commercial centre and worker housing. Luxury water front villas and apartments were then proposed around the coast line of the rest of the Island.
