GAW Capital purchased properties from Link AM and appointed MAP to assist them in the renovation of Lei Cheng UK. A neighbourhood mall with an anchor chinese restaurant. The Housing Authority only installed one escalator from street to the second floor podium level. MAP applied for approval to add a down escalator obtaining approval on the first submission of both GBP and structural submission. MAP is redesigning the façade to re-brand the centre and increasing the UFA for the Wellcome supermarket and adding additional F&B tenancies on the GF.
