The Chai Wan Centre is 40,000 m2 over 8 floors. The structure was difficult to alter and the incorporation of a ramp to each floor level was challenging. MAP proposed a simple façade upgrade proposing a graphic paint scheme and new black framed windows and a black TPT façade at ground and first floor. The project has been completed on time and on budget.
