MAP was asked by Zung Fu to redesign the façade of the Leighton Road showroom. Provide three additional shop front windows at first floor, new low iron glass shop fronts, new black cladding colour scheme, extend the existing canopy over the door to the escape stair.
This work was carried out under 8 separate minor works submissions to avoid a General Building plan submission which would have resulted in a requirement to rectify existing UBW.
