MAP provided master planning services to Parker Cooper limited to develop a masterplan for the sub-division of a huge forest lot on Hanazono Road near Niseko Hokkaido Japan.
The lot has been subdivided into 11 lots of 300 Tsubo or more and the site drops dramatically to a river valley to the north of Hanazono road with seeping views to the northern mountain ranges.
The ski chalets will be modern 5 bedroom three storey houses with garage accommodation for two cars.
