Runaway Cow appointed MAP to advise them on the interior design of the winery operation. MAP re-planned the winery tour experience moving the audio visual room from the entry level, down to the cellar level, of the winery. MAP designed vaulted ceilings in the cellar using concrete look barrasol fabric to make the cellar look like it is constructed from gently curved RC barrel vaults. MAP designed the “fine dining” restaurant at Cellar Level with the VIP tasting room accessed off the VIP dining room. There is a dedicated dining room for government officials with a smoking room off the side. The back of house is all linked discretely with lifts ansd stairs allowing the main entry level kitchen to serve the commissiary kitchens on all other levels.
