MAP was commissioned by the Sun Kian Ip Group to provide concept architecture for a new development of luxury apartments in Macau. The prime location—between the Jockey Club and the mountains, with expansive sea views—led MAP to seek a design solution that would maximise the incredible potential that the site had to offer. The apartments are currently being built with release from the end of 2014.
