The Yellow Mountain sales pavilion is 2,000 m2 GFA and designed to be a multi-purpose building providing space for a sales pavilion at the start up phase and being converted to a resident’s clubhouse after the residential tower apartments sales are completed. MAP designed a tower to make the building a landmark and also to provide an elevated view over the river and surrounding country to allow the purchasers to get some feel for the view they would get from the property they were buying.
