ZDRR are a developer working with China Rail to develop the China Rail landbank. ZDRR commissioned MAP to tweak an existing master plan for a site south of Chengdu on the Black Dragon Reservoir near the existing Intercontinental and Holiday Inn hotels. MAP replanned the Villa precinct and developed a solution for the clubhouse. The clubhouse is 6,000 m2 GFA for the use of the villa residents and has 16 keys to accommodate friends of the villa occupants. The Clubhouse is located on the lakefront facing south and has a large infinity edge swimming pool, western restaurant, chinese restaurant, spa, gym, cinema, teenage games area, convenience retail and car parking.
