Baan Kilee is part of a development of three luxury Villas called Chai Talay Estate (Baan Ora Chorn, Baan Kilee & Baan Puri). Located on Lipa Noi Beach, each Villa has bold architecture and cutting edge design features to catch the eye. The intricate layouts feature stair cases and pathways linking the different levels of the accommodation and creating an interesting design which ensures that every way guests turn, they find something new.
Every detail has been realised for the client from the grand garden entry with its water feature to the breach side pool with its sunken stools, private bar and open air movie screen. All living and entertainment areas are open plan, linking the indoor to the outside, with landscaping forming natural borders between each area, and maintaining privacy for the guests.
The Villa is perfect for entertaining with its large kitchen, staff areas, bar and barbeque pit.
Baan Kilee has a master suite with self-contained child’s bedroom plus four master villas all with sea views all with high quality materials and finishes. MAP’s sustainable design approach for Villas in Thailand has been used here to make the most of natural ventilation and the beautiful sea breeze.
