Phuket is world class for infrastructure and civilised tropical living at its best. The Bundarika Project is a 16.8 hectare site adjoining the Andaman Sea with a beautiful white sandy beach front, natural tidal lake and hillside land with absolute sea views. Located just fifteen minutes from Phuket International Airport, the site has such appeal that it has for many years been the romantic setting of multiple beach weddings.
Four types of villas are planned for the site, with a total of 77 villas, ranging from huge presidential villas to lakeside duplex villas. The existing beachfront resort and existing hillside suites will be totally refurbished and re-branded to create an internationally renowned signature resort.
The re-development of the site consisting of Villas and Resort will result in a final project value of nearly US$200 million.
A Dubai Developer is in JV with the land owner to complete this project with MAP providing the master planning, architecture and interior design. As a signature resort and villa development, the design will provide the ultimate experience in tropical architecture.
