BNIM Kansas City approached MAP to provide AP and Local Architect services in Hong Kong for the renovation of the US Government Consular housing in Shouson Hill. The final decision was to adopt natural granite cladding for the building with some very nice stainless steel corner details and introduction of stainless steel storm water over flows from the roof.
MAP obtained the Buildings Department approval and consent and the BA14 is due for submission in July 2017. The 26 apartments look spectacular and the whole development looks like luxury housing.
