Yung’s Enterprise have commissioned MAP to design a number of different projects in connection with their land at the Shenzhou Peninsula, Hainan island. The total site area is approximately 500 Hectares.
MAP have designed the interiors for 500 apartments in C18 and town houses on C19 and sales pavilions on the estate and in Sanya.
In 2017, Yung’s Enterprise commissioned MAP to design and document the interior design for the clubhouse and restaurant associated with the C18 apartments.
The clubhouse has a large lounge area in the centre, gym, multi-purpose room, children’s games room, reading area, and a restaurant with an outdoor patio.
The design for the clubhouse is in a Mediterranean style. Stone, wood, rattan and other natural elements are incorporated to blend in with the local surroundings. Neutral tones like white and beige used with turquoise hues set the tone for this relaxing beachfront facility.
