Kingussie is a new-build Hong Kong village house positioned near the peak of a hill in Sai Kung with sweeping views down to the sea from the front lawn. The hillside behind is landscaped to take advantage of the terrain features on the large parcel of land. The house enjoys a great deal of privacy, as there are no overlooking houses, and the neighbouring developments are screened by foliage. A covered car port connects to the house and a glass-and-timber roof protects the front terrace.
Windows on all sides of the house provide ample light and stunning sea views. The feature staircase uses laminated glass treads and open risers which glow at night. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen-dining area with a closed scullery behind offering additional storage and preparation space. The master bathroom is open-plan and joins onto the master bedroom to create a bedroom space of 450 square feet in area.
