MAP was commissioned by a prominent family in Kingston, Jamaica to provide a master plan and concept for a private compound of houses for family and friends. The client wanted a tropical style development which also offered high security features without compromising design aesthetic.
The site is in a magnificent location in the hills overlooking Kingston Town, the airport and Kingston Bay. The site is very steep compromising a type of limestone which can be cut vertically without need for retaining structures.
